We only<br \/>\nhave a few members using Quicken and we are in the process of evaluating<br \/>\nthis situation.<\/p>\n<p>We do still support the older versions and Money.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So what to do?<\/p>\n<p>My plan was to consolidate my banking into a credit union.  I like the idea of a non-profit banking institution.  Very George Bailey-esque (though his was just a non-profitable institution, but hey, he cared).<\/p>\n<p>But I&#8217;ve been controlling my finances with Quicken for almost 10 years.  But Quicken seems to be bilking banks for cash, even this poor little Credit Union.  <\/p>\n<p>Do I:<\/p>\n<p>1) Dump this Credit Union and try to find one that supports Quicken, thereby playing into Quicken&#8217;s evil scheme?<br \/>\n2) Downgrade to Quicken 2004, thereby playing into Quicken&#8217;s <em>other<\/em> evil scheme where I have to buy their software twice?<br \/>\n3) Dump Quicken and switch to Microsoft Money, thereby playing into Microsoft&#8217;s evil scheme?<br \/>\n4) Stay with the for-profit banks, thereby playing into Potter&#8217;s evil scheme?<br \/>\n5) Some other option I can&#8217;t think of, that doesn&#8217;t involve evil schemes?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the Credit Union I just opened an account with, in response to my query about them supporting OFX: At this time, we do not have the software to support the New Quicken.
