Basically, you enter your LJ username and password, and set a few settings, and poof, out comes a pdf of your entire journal, with comments if you choose. It can generate in a number of book-binding compatible formats, and gives links to various places that will create a real book for you.
It failed for me the first time, I think it had problems with enabling userpics for some reason.

That is pretty darn cool.
Now I can save what I have and go back and edit out all the election and topical posts that I really don’t want to keep on my journal, but I would also rather not lose.

Hey Ryan thanks. I just tried it and it converted my online ramblings into a book which I can now edit with Adobe. Hmm maybe I will self-publish. Surely someone in America will want to know all about me?
